Payment processing.
Paddle is our Merchant of Record for paid products. Paddle processes payment, calculates and remits applicable sales tax, and appears as the seller on payment receipts. Refunds approved under this policy are returned through the original payment method.
Monthly subscriptions.
Pro and Growth subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel before the next renewal through the Paddle customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time, except for duplicate or erroneous charges, a documented failure to provide the service, or where applicable law requires a refund.
Prepaid AI credit packs.
Credit-pack purchases are final once the credits are granted, except where generation failed because of a documented service outage or applicable law requires a refund. Purchased credits expire 24 months after purchase. We charge no dormancy or inactivity fees.
Credits are prepaid units for MLO Finder services only. They are non-transferable, not legal tender, not a gift card, and not redeemable for cash. A failed generation returns the reserved credits to your balance; that operational credit return is not a cash refund.
Founders Club guarantee.
Founders Club includes a 30-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date. The refund is available even if some included credits were used. When a Founders purchase is refunded, the lifetime software entitlement ends and any remaining included credits are revoked. The guarantee does not extend beyond 30 days.
