When a borrower chooses to contact a listed mortgage professional through an MLO Finder profile or mini-site, MLO Finder may forward that inquiry to the selected professional. MLO Finder does not sell closed-loan outcomes, does not set mortgage terms, and does not verify current licensing status. Borrowers should verify licensing through NMLS Consumer Access before choosing a professional.
Neutral directory information.
MLO Finder aims to present directory information, public source links, and profile tools. Paid profile tools may improve profile completeness, mini-site, analytics, and clearly labeled visibility, but payment does not change source-linked review data or turn MLO Finder into a recommendation of that professional.
